The lives of four Peruvian women are about to change. Thanks to The Hoop Fund, an non-profit that organizes microloans for worthy causes, these women will be gaining new skills, a new career, and new hope in this brand new year ahead. The loan of $2,500 will provide tuition to vocational school, where the four women will learn the expert weaving skills they will need to improve their lives and the lives of their families. The loan also helps pay for their supplies, child care, meals and transportation, allowing women with small children the opportunity to attend.
Ninety five separate individuals contributed to the betterment of these women’s lives through thirty month loans, averaging just over $26 each. Thank you to everyone who helped give the gift of this opportunity! Your actions will be making a huge difference in the lives of four women, their families and even their communities!
