Ashoka is calling for top-tier entrepreneurs to join our network. If you always change the rules of the game around you, and are not afraid of big ambitions, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for top talent who will join forces with us — as staff, partners, co-creators — to tackle the world’s challenges. Is that you?

“We’re not supplying jobs. We’re offering you the opportunity of a lifetime:
to collaborate in solving big global challenges while leveraging the biggest network
of social entrepreneurs worldwide.”
We believe organizations of the future will be less hierarchical and will have fewer walls separating them from the outside world. They will be much more dynamic, adaptive, and networked. Ashoka is already one of those organizations.
We see individuals as changemakers and co-creators, not employees or managers. We’re asking you to see Ashoka as a platform you can use to realize your desire to change the world. It’s you powered by Ashoka, and us powered by you.
At 2020.ashoka.org, we’ve gathered 20 challenges the world needs entrepreneurs to tackle. The challenges are in different regions — from Latin America to India to the United States — and in subject areas like health, media, and youth.
At Ashoka, we see our staff and our Fellows’ mission as one: making the world a better place by applying the forces of entrepreneurship and innovation to work for social change.
So if you share our mission, check out 2020.ashoka.org. Choose one or more challenge — or pass on the opportunity to others.
We’re looking forward to starting the conversation!
