Reflections on Leadership

1. Strategy and Story

Stop trying to be strategic. Start creating a story people want to live in.

2. Who, What, Why, When

Stop focusing on all four. Why is what matters.

3. Money and Meaning

Stop using money and the carrot and stick principle. Meaning is all that matters.

4. Art and Aestetics

Stop ignoring Aestetics and MeArt’s influence on well-being. Start adding beauty to surroundings, designs and interactions

5. Purpose and Problems

Stop leading for the sake of ego. Lead to solve a problem, or lead with the purpose to make the world a better place.

6. Sensibility and Sensuality

Stop making perfect sense. Start appealing to senses and have some sexy ideas.

7. Data and Diversity

Stop collecting data to understand the world. Start understanding by asking diverse individuals to make sense of it.

8. Connections and collaboration

Stop counting connections. Start collaborating, one connection at a time.

9. Questions and Answers

Stop giving the right answers. The questions are far more interesting.
